1. Introduction

Welcome to The 1 Dollar Club.

By subscribing to our membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern the use of our service and participation in the monthly member-only giveaway.

2. Description of the Service

• The 1 Dollar Club is a monthly membership that provides access to member-only initiatives, including a monthly giveaway in which one active member is selected at random to win a physical prize.

• Membership cost: 1 USD per month, billed automatically through Stripe.

• The number of members may vary over time.

• Prize value may change each month and is determined solely at our discretion.

• No additional purchases are required beyond the monthly membership.

• This membership is not an investment, and no guaranteed returns are offered.

3. Monthly Giveaway

• Every month, one active member is selected randomly using Stripe’s customer data.

• “Active member” = a member whose subscription payment is successful and not cancelled during the billing cycle.

• The winner will be contacted via the email provided during the signup process.

• If the winner does not reply within 7 days, the prize may be reassigned to another member.

Important:

• There is no guaranteed mathematical relationship between member count and prize value.

4. Payments & Renewals

• Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

• The subscription renews automatically every 30 days.

• Members may cancel the subscription at any time (see section 5).

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through:

• the Stripe customer email link, or

• by contacting us at info@the1dollar.club.

Cancellation:

• stops future renewals,

• does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the symbolic price and ongoing nature of the service, no refunds are issued for:

• completed payments,

• renewal charges made before a cancellation request.

7. Limitation of Liability

The 1 Dollar Club does not guarantee:

• odds of winning,

• a minimum prize value,

• uninterrupted access to the service.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that membership is voluntary and does not create any expectation of financial gain.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• create multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning,

• provide false or misleading information,

• attempt to manipulate or interfere with the selection process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, without issuing refunds.

9. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time.

• Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

• Any dispute shall be handled by the competent court in Italy.
